Hanalee
Hanalee has been offering outdoor adventure tours on Ishigaki since 1998 initially offering sailing and snorkeling trips aboard Hanalee, a 43 foot sail boat, to the outer reefs and islands surrounding Ishigaki. Over the next few years of exploring the mountain trails and surrounding coral reefs of Ishigaki new adventure courses were developed taking advantage of the best that Ishigaki has to offer, nature. Kayak tours begin with a 20 to 30 minute drive across the island to various beach entry points. Following a short paddle to the reef edge snorkeling time is about 1 hour before and after lunch. Jungle Trek and Zip line starts with a 25 minute drive to the base of Omoto mountain. The trek up the wild boar hunting trail is about 30 minutes and then its back down using a series of 5 zip lines over the streams and waterfalls. Zip lines are steel cables that hikers slide down using a pulley that is also attached to a rock climbing harness that each hiker is wearing.
All tours are conducted by a native English speaker both in English and Japanese.
